What payment methods are accepted?

Online ordering albums accept google pay or credit card.

 

How do I place an order online?

1) To access your online album, you either will have received an login access code or online link.

2) Enter your access code at https://stompphoto.gotphoto.com/ or click into your online link.

3) This will take you into your album. Click "order photos."

4) Click on the photo you would like to order and scroll down. Don't forget to see "your package deals" - prints and products will be listed below your photo.

5) Click on the product you want to order and "add to basket."

6) When complete, click on the basket (top right corner)- check any cropping that may need to be adjusted - proceed to checkout.

7) Fill in your information and pay either via google pay or credit card.

Can I order photos in one transaction for all my children?

Yes! Enter both access codes when you log in. If you didn't receive an access code, but just got an order link then look under "Capture the moment!," there you will find a code. You can use this code to combine sibling accounts when logging in at https://stompphoto.gotphoto.com/

 

I have more then one child that had photos done, can combine their photos into one package?

Packages are only availble at a per log in basis they can not be utilized for multiple log in codes.

What resolution are downloaded photos provided in?

Photo size provided can be printed up to an 8x12" size.

What if the weather is terrible and outdoor photos are to be taken?

I photograph in most weather conditions, however if it is pouring rain, there is a snowstorm or it is really extra smokey from forest fires then photos will be rescheduled to the best of my ability.
